Villa Baia dei Trabucchi

Charming independent villa located within an elegant complex of Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by greenery, with direct access to the Baia di Procinisco and just a few meters from the Baia di San Nicola. The villa is equipped with every comfort and features carefully selected furnishings. It is spread over two floors: on the upper floor you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite to the main bedroom. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, sink, stove, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen overlooks the living area, furnished with a sofa, wall unit, and fireplace. The living area is completed by a dining table with chairs and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden and features a spacious veranda with a table and armchairs. There is an external service area with washing machine, laundry sink, drying rack, and an outdoor shower with hot water. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Access to the villa is possible both from the residential complex’s parking lot, reserved for the owners of the villas and their guests, and from a private entrance with parking space. There are seven beds available and the minimum stay required is six days. The beaches are about a four-minute walk away.
