The “<br>” space For those looking for an apartment near the centre of Peschiera that also offers a green oasis to relax in—complete with a pool and outdoor space for barbecues or sunbathing. Unlike the others, it does not have a private balcony but features a private area in the backyard where you can dine al fresco. Please also note that this apartment is not on the ground floor but on the ground floor and is accessed via a staircase. It is located within a villa divided into four units, a 5-minute walk from the historic centre of Peschiera. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens, and the living area features a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom, which has a window, features a spacious shower with a bidet and wall-mounted fixtures. The decor is simple but with a few retro touches. The garden with the pool, the barbecue area, and the car park are shared with the other guests of the villa. It is a spacious apartment equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. Suitable for those with small children.
Please note that the area is residential and very quiet because it is far from the traffic of the city centre and therefore not very touristy. However, there is a railway track nearby, so you may hear the passing of some trains; this sound may be more noticeable because the area is very quiet, and it could be bothersome for those sensitive to noise.
Guest Access
My guests will have full access to the apartment, which is for exclusive use and is located on the ground floor. The garden with the pool and the barbecue area are available to all guests—there are, in fact, three other apartments on the property. Parking and a washing machine are also available. For those who wish to visit Verona by car, I offer—upon reservation—a parking spot in the historic centre and recommendations on places to visit or traditional restaurants.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small balcony that is not usable due to its size. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the historic centre of Peschiera and from the bus and boat stops, which allow you to reach the various towns along Lake Garda, such as Sirmione, Lazise, or Bardolino. A walk of about twenty minutes will take you to Cappuccini Beach. The train station is about 2 km away and offers convenient access to Verona, Venice, and Milan.
