Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist super. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Mit den Gastgebern hat auch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Peschiera, die Perle am Gardasee

Es war eine schöne Zeit. Das Objekt hat mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung übereingestimmt, sehr geschmackvoll.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Von vorne bis hinten hat alles gepasst. Kaum hatten wir gebucht, wurden wir schon nett kontaktiert und man hat uns immer bis kurz vor dem Urlaub immer perfekt abgeholt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und man kann es hier sehr lange aushalten. Alles mit liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wirklich wurde an alles gedacht.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist außerordentlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mir fällt ehrlich gesagt nichts ein, was man hier besser machen könnte. Zudem ist die Wohnung absolut geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles wirklich sehr hochwertig. Sie liegt auch sehr zentral und das Zentrum sowie Strand und Hundestrand sind fußläufig ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Es gibt im Umkreis von ca.1-3km einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr viele Restaurants. Hierzu gibt es von Nadine und Uwe auch eine kompakte Zusammenfassung als Infomappe in der Wohnung. Allerdings noch zu erwähnen sei, dass die Besucherzahl/ der Verkehr am Gardasee, subjektiv gesehen zu den vorherigen Jahren weiter zunimmt und es war wie immer sehr heiß aber dank der beiden Klimageräte auch kein Problem. Toller Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert. LG

Tolles Appartement

Wir hatten mit unserem Sohn (15) und Hund eine tolle Zeit in Peschiera, auch dank der geräumigen und klimatisierten Wohnung, die noch dazu sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Bei durchgehenden 32-34 Grad Außentemperatur war die mögliche Klimatisierung ein wirklicher Segen. Toll gemacht von den sehr sympathischen Vermietern war die sehr detaillierte Infomappe mit allem Wissenswerten. Gern wieder.

Traumhaft

Wir waren vom 13.4.-20.4.24 in dieser wunderschönen und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung zu Gast. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Der Charme der Wohnung unterstreicht nach einem schönen Ausflug die Wohlfühlatmosphäre um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir durften uns sogar an der gut gefüllten Bar bedienen und haben gerne wieder für Nachschub gesorgt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Angefangen beim Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffee-Kapselmaschine, Saftpresse, ein kleiner Backofen, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenrolle, Tabs für die Spülmaschine uvm. Kurze Wege (zu Fuß) zum See und in die Altstadt von Peschiera möchten wir auch nicht unerwähnt lassen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank an Nadine und Uwe für die tolle Betreuung. Frühling am Gardasee

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub in der FeWo. Eine liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen notwendigen technischen Geräten. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie Küchenpapier, Waschmittel, ... waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über wunderbar bequeme Betten, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und picobello sauber. Was will man mehr! Die Betreuung durch die netten Vermieter war sehr persönlich und professionell. Wir fanden in der Wohnung viele nützliche und sehr liebevoll aufbereitete Empfehlungen zu Peschiera und Umgebung, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Nach 300 Metern ist man schon am Ufer des Sees und nach 10 Minuten Spaziergang entlang des Sees mitten im Ort, wo es sehr viel schöne Restaurants, Cafés und Bars gibt. Vom Außenbereich darf man nicht zu viel erwarten, ist der umlaufende Balkon doch sehr schmal und oberhalb des hauseigenen Parkplatzes gelegen. Für einen Drink reicht es jedoch allemal. Wir haben die Zeit von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen!

Eine modern ausgestattete große Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top: innerhalb von 5Min. erreicht man den See/Promenade und in 10 Min. Zentrum/Hafen von Pischiera del Garda sowie den Bahnhof in ca. 25 Min.. Die Wohnung ist groß und die Ausstattung modern: es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei großen Betten, Bettwäsche/Tücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, was sehr bequem ist, wenn man zu viert verreist. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen: Gasherd, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher und s.w. In der Wohnung gibt es mehrere vom Gastgeber zusammengestellten Mappen mit Infos über örtliche Restaurants, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, Busverbindungen, was auch sehr praktisch ist. Die Bushaltestellt ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber haben sich gut um alles gekümmert, bei Fragen schnell sich zurückgemeldet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub am Gardersee und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Ambiente

Einfach ein tolles Appartement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die persönliche Begrüßung via Brief und die sehr nette und herzliche Art der Vermieter wurde durch ein hervorzuhebendes Engagement noch unterstrichen. Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Das Video aus der Anzeige hat sicherlich dazu beigetragen, da hier mit der beste Eindruck gewonnen werden kann. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der allgemeine gute Zustand und die Sauberkeit. Die sehr geräumigen, vollständig abdunkelbaren und klimatisierten Schlafzimmer sorgen für ruhige und erholsame Nächte (auch bei 39° Außentemperatur). Die komfortablen Betten tragen nicht weniger dazu bei. Eine Grundausstattung im Bad (Seife, Toilettenpapier, etc.) und Küche (Kaffeekapseln, Spülmittel, Zewa-Tücher, etc.) ist ebenfalls vorhanden und ist gerade am Anfang äußerst hilfreich. Die Küche selbst verfügt über ausreichendes und teilweise sehr wertiges Geschirr und lädt auch zur Eigenversorgung ein. Ein Backofen ist zwar nicht vorhanden, aus unserer Sicht aber auch nicht notwendig. Einziger Wermutstropfen: keine Geschirrspülmaschine! Das Appartement verfügt über ein sehr modernes TV- und HiFi-Angebot. Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer lassen keinen Streit über das Programm zu (wenn überhaupt notwendig). Top-Lage: zum Strand (5 Gehminuten) und zur Innenstadt/ Restaurants. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
