The Space:

The apartment is very large, it’s about 100sqm!

In the living area you find a spacious room with an extendible dining table for 6 people, a cozy double sofa bed and a room-corner stocked with a 55’’ Smart TV.

The whole climatized by a Daikin split dedicated to the living area.



Next to the living area, there is a comfortable and independent kitchen, provided with an induction hob and new generation amenities, apart from a small and useful storage room, also separated by its proper door.



The night area is composed of a wide double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, a service bathroom incorporating the laundry, and the main bathroom with an innovative floor-level shower!

Our double bedroom is the one that more than the rest is provided with every comfort, ready to let you experience a vacation in name of rest and peace!

Furnished with a modern and refined style, it offers a big double bed with a really snuggly mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for a calming and beauty sleep.



In order to give you the maximum of comfort, with have chosen for this room a 4-doors wardrobe with mirrors in the middle, a dresser and a madia piece of furniture.



A central chandelier of design, creates a unique-in-gender atmosphere.



A 43’’ Smart TV available to watch the tv while laying on the bed and leisure plugs close to the night table to recharge your devices are everything you need to enjoy your stay by The Bridge - Peschiera Holiday -

A wide window enlightens the room that faces the quiet and green area with a football field located behind the flat complex.

The spaces of the living area are characterised by colours and pieces of furniture in minimal style which give the ambient innovation and refinement, illuminated by 3 wide windows overlooking the external area which glimpse the very calm surrounding green area.



A very cozy Italian handcrafted sofa bed for 6, upholstered with fabric, with an angle- adjustable headboard and an amazing peninsula, stay in front of a 55’’ Smart TV provided with Internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.



The whole living area is climatized by a dedicated Daikin split.

The Neighborhood:

The Bridge-Peschiera Holiday is located in Porto Vecchio area, a residential quartier of Peschiera del Garda, very quiet and intimate, out of the traffic even if it finds itself only few meters away from the historical center of Peschiera del Garda, and from the motorway toll booths exit.



The flat complex is surrounded frontwards by the green and nature of an Austrian historical fortress, and backwards by a calm football field. It is also really close to the point where the Mincio river takes birth, so the point in which the Mincio river leaves Lake Garda and continues its flow, becoming one the most important Italian river.



At a stone’s throw away there is also a playground for children, with different kinds of attractions and green zones.



Getting Around:

The Bridge - Peschiera Holiday provides a very comfortable free parking exactly nearby, where you can easily park your car in order to dedicate yourselves to lovely strolling or bicycle tours.



The center of Peschiera del Garda is reachable on foot too, with a 10 minutes walking distance, by following the ancient walls that coasts the river.



Really next to the flat, furthermore, starts the famous cycling path of Mincio that links Peschiera with Mantua! A real peace and nature oases!



The Bridge-Peschiera Holiday is straight connected to the main road that links Verona and Brescia, through which you can reach all the most famous localities of the lake, for instance Sirmione, Desenzano, Lazise, Bardolino etc.



Among the best amusement parks such as Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland and even more are reachable with a 10-minute drive!



Another plus, we are really close to supermarkets like Aldi or Orvea, but also to the just opened McDonald’s of Peschiera del Garda!



Other Things to Note:

We remind you that there are no terrace or balconies in the apartment. Smokers are kindly invited to go to the ground floor.



We would also like to remind you that it is strictly FORBIDDEN TO ORGANISE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighbourhood with loud music or other kinds of noise.
