Perfect location to explore Budapest, one block from the Danube, subway and Parliament. The hotel is very clean and nice, front desk staff went out of their way to help with any issue. The room, which was the largest single room I’ve ever been in with high ceilings, was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Budapest. P.S. The price was right.

Everything was good. They could just do a bit better with room cleaning. The shower drain was full of hair and clogged.

The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours.
