8.8/10 Excellent! (714 reviews)
I loved this hotel. Located within a canal house, the view from my window was beautiful.
The room was small, but clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable.
The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful when my flight was canceled. Extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, quarters in Amsterdam to visit and activities.
The breakfast was very good. The hotel had a lovely lounge that was available to guests.
The location was convenient for walking around the city.
I would go back.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The bed, however, was very lumpy for me. And I found the pillows a little bit high. But they did offer me a second pillow and I’m managed.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,724 reviews)
"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Guests need to be aware that the bed is up against the window one side so someone has to climb over. Shower and toilet areas are circular and all glass which some might not like. The toilet glass walls are NOT clear, but the shower is however there is a curtain ..."
