The hotel was quite booked up, so we had 2 rooms over a 3-day weekend and our baggage was transferred with no fuss or problems. Both rooms were clean, roomy and contained everything we needed, including a much-needed fan as the weather headed for a heatwave!
Breakfast was lovely (we had a full English).
The staff and the manager, Peter, were very friendly and helpful and made sure we were feeling happy about our stay at all times.
A very nice place to stay while we visited one of our sons who lives nearby.
