"Staff super helpful"

"The staff was very accommodating. The first room they gave us had a very strong, unpleasant odor — truly awful. To their credit, they moved us and gave us an upgrade, which we appreciated. However, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle, and it was already full when we arrived, so that did not work for us at all. The beds were comfortable, but the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I understand this is an airport hotel, but cleanliness should still be a priority. In the morning, we came down to the lobby at 6:00 AM and there were many guests waiting for the shuttle. There was no water, no coffee, nothing available. If this is an airport hotel, early morning service should be standard. The hotel should consider offering basic morning service and possibly a second shuttle to accommodate the number of guests. One positive detail: the flight information screen in the lobby is very useful and a great feature for an airport hotel."

"I chose this property as various reviews said "quiet"; however, it was very noisy. All night traffic, a sort of nightmare. Ended up sleeping with ear plugs, head phones and white noise. The toilet space was a tiny 1 sqm kind of campervan type, made in plastic - never seen anything like this before (maybe they are common in Geneve, but it was the first time I visited). There was no fan in the 'bathroom', which is a problem especially because the toilet space was so tiny... Staff was kind enough to let us leave the luggage there for a few hours, but other than that, the stay was not pleasant. "

"To be honest, the price for the breakfast was not really value for money. The coffee machine was prodicing somethin brwonish which barely had something to do with a fresh brewed coffe. Then the open cheese and meat section was already there lying around for quite a while and was dry i.e. had brown edges. However the scrambled eggs were good. Bread (of course) was not home made, just simple one to be re-baked. So yeah, € 20 was far too much. Would i stay there again, yes, beds are comfy and parking huge. Would i take the breakfast: No, surely not. "

"All the booking and check-in/keys were exchanged online. Hotel access and room access are via your phone, though there is always a member of staff in 'the flat' on the top floor if any help is required. (A conventional 'key card' can also be provided up there) Really convenient location, just 10 mins from centre by tram or bus, and the stop is literally at the door of the Hotel! Geneva Tourist board currently provides a free travel pass within Zone 10 of the city for those staying at hotels and other establishments. (Look it up - don't know if it will always be provided free!) This covers bus, ferry boat (mouettes), tram, train travel within that zone for the duration of the stay, and it arrived by email a few days before our arrival in the city. This means it can be used to get to/from the airport as it is within the zone. In opposite direction from town there's a direct tram to CERN (in the zone too!) for those visiting there, maybe 15 min journey. Plenty of restaurants nearby and there's a supermarket entrance right next to the hotel entrance. Also a couple more supermarkets within a couple of hundred metres. Free Laundry facilities on top floor along with free fruit, free tea and coffee and kitchen facilities up there. Our suite came with kitchen, but maybe not all have that. Also a free pool table, and computer games on top floor. Overall a great stay! Thanks."
