Summary:
*2023 RENOVATIONS* In this magnificent residence, you will find two living rooms, as well as two large functional kitchens. Indeed, you will have two very distinct units. That way, you can be two groups at the same time. In each living room, you will have the chance to discover a fireplace just below the television. So you will always enjoy a nice warm atmosphere. The color of the wooden cathedral ceiling in the Salon de l'Ours will remind you of the latter's fur.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire Ours and Renard chalet, including the outdoor courtyard and both spas.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Petite-Rivière-Saint-François fiefdom, this cottage is no more than 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul. Come and discover a peaceful haven completely surrounded by trees. What's more, with Le Massif de Charlevoix just 5 minutes from the residence, it won't be a problem to furnish your vacation with a panoply of activities. Hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, canoying - what's on your mind today?

You can also take the opportunity to visit Baie-Saint-Paul, a town where art and gastronomy go hand in hand! You'll discover a multitude of art galleries, notably on rue Saint Jean Baptiste. The town also boasts the Musée d'art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul. This is a must-see destination for contemporary art lovers. They will also appreciate the Baie-Saint-Paul International Contemporary Art Symposium.

Family ski trip

Combination of 2 units was ideal for our group of 11 with plenty of room for meals and relaxation. 10 minute drive to Massif for skiing. 2 large hot tubs were great for relaxing after a day of skiing. Would definitely book again.
