8.6/10 Excellent! (1,007 reviews)
Fully renovated room, modern and functional. The hotel has a shuttle to go back to the airport on our early 6:20AM flight. We got picked up at 3:50AM. Also the hotel is in front of where the buses passes to get us to the Grand Plaza. Very convenient.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (645 reviews)
"The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Reason for not giving 5 stars was because the cave pool cost 60 euros per person per day. We planned on using it for an hour or less, so that price was too much!"

"Waited for 20 minutes just to check in with no apology for the wait! Not a great start. Swimming area is lovely but was very busy with non residents using gym & pool."
