"This property, once outstanding, now shows signs of wear and would benefit from targeted maintenance. The staff remains exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout the stay. Guest rooms are spacious and furnished in a classic style; however, the carpets require more thorough cleaning, and the air-conditioning units need better calibration to cope effectively with summer heat. Several minor, easily addressable issues currently prevent this hotel from delivering an excellent overall experience. With modest improvements, the property could readily return to its former high standard."

"You can’t ask for a better location to stay. It’s central to the river, metro and trams and also nearby a street with lots of restaurants. We found the staff incredibly polite and helpful and would definitely stay here again."

"First and foremost the front desk was extremely helpful as we arrived super early and they allowed us to check in after our long flight. That in itself made the stay wonderful. Secondly the location couldn’t be better. It was right in the middle of all the excitement and very central on the Pest side of town. But if anyone is looking for quiet and calm, this should not be your choice. I would highly recommend it to everyone who is visiting Budapest for a few days and want to explore and experience the city."

"The hotel was perfectly positioned right along the Danube with great view from both the room number 403 and the roof top bar and pool area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room allocated (403) was huge in fact it was an apartment sized room with two balconies 3 bathrooms 2 bedrooms & sauna quite the surprise. The housekeeping was great coffee and water replenished everyday. Car parking is excellent right below the hotel safe and well lit. An additional bonus is that a tram stops right opposite the hotel which runs straight into town."
