Cute and cozy home. Location is perfect :) Close to the local ski hills and lakes and Petoskey dining and shopping.

Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski hills just 8 minutes away. Crooked Lake and boat launch is literally just down the road. Petoskey State Park beach within minutes. Easy access to the Petoskey to Mackinaw bike trail.

Newly remodeled in 2023. Come and stay and enjoy yourselves at our property. Long time VRBO owners of several properties. We make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Come and enjoy a coffee on the front covered patio and explore what Petoskey has to offer - great shopping/dining/beaches/bike trails/boating/ski hills/etc.

2 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. 2 new queen beds. Room to sleep 6 if you bring an air mattress. Yes - we have WiFi and central A/C.
All bed linens and bathroom towels provided. Fully equipped new kitchen.
Sorry - no pets allowed. We do this to respect our cleaning crew, future guests and our neighbors.

We would stay here again. It was very clean and new and accommodating. The ceilings are very low so probably not any really tall people should stay here. We like the location, the beds were comfortable, and it was very cozy.

Great stay for a ski weekend up north

Property is exactly as described and, as others have noted, it is a short drive to Harbor Springs and to Nubs/Highlands for skiing. A wonderful stay!

This modern property was a great location. Convenient to Petoskey State Park and across the street from Crooked Lake. Nice amenities including coffee maker, toiletries and fans in the rooms.

Totally would book again!

Cute house! Great location for us. Lots of towels and toilet paper. I always bring extra toilet paper and forgot this time. They had plenty. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great ski trip/location

We had a great time. Everything was clean. And plenty of room for 2 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location for skiing at highlands or nubs Nob. Nice to have 2 bathrooms too.

Weekend bike ride

Nice clean older house recently updated. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Gary was pleasant and responsive with a couple questions we had. We’ll be adding this property to our list for our annual Zoo de Mack ride!

Perfect for quick trip to Harbor

Conformable and clean home close to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey! The host had great communication and was very accommodating to my family and i. I would stay again!

Great place to stay

The house is as cute in person as it is online. You could smell it was clean when you walked in the front door which is a huge plus for me. Comfortable beds, and just all around cozy feel. Great communication with the owners. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Ski Weekend

Cute, quirky property; the perfect home base for a long weekend of Boyne skiing! Everything about the house looked and felt brand new, like a boutique hotel. We cooked two dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. A ten minute drive to Nubs and Highlands, even closer to shopping and dining in Petoskey. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to the lake!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway! We had an incredible experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home was even better than the photos—cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal—close to local attractions yet peaceful and private. This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Close to ski hills!

We stayed here because it was close to Nub's Nob and The Highlands ski areas. This place was a short, 12-minute drive to Nub's. It was immaculately clean and newly updated. It's a great place to stay if you are skiing.

We had a lovely, cozy stay at this cute home. Everything was ready, clean, and worked with easy check-in and check-out. We ended the days with movie nights near the gas-powered stove, and just loved it. It was an easy to find home in a good location for home base! I hope we get to stay here again someday!

Perfect Ski Trip

House was so cute. Perfect size…clean, updated, and very welcoming. The gas flame wood burning stove in the living room was AMAZING!! Less than 10 minutes to Highland’s and Nub’s. And same distance to shops in Petoskey. Host was very quick to respond. Already planning my next visit to Petoskey.
