"I couldn’t take a shower as the shower button was broken by the previous guest and I informed the receptionist about it and the broken part yesterday morning. But they didn’t fix it."
"Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing.
When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t...
"We spent lovely days in the hotel. The service is amazing and helpful. The rooms have a perfect size, we loved the small kitchen, the roof top is great for a nice breakfast. "
"Perfect escape destination for couples and families. Super nice people and beautiful amenities. The rooms were big and very clean. Their beach club is outstanding. Also, in addition to yhe early check-in they gave us a free room UPGRADE !! When we checked out they also gave us a little good bye gift. Absolutely coming back again the next time i visi Italy. Thank you Villa Roma Imperiale team. "

"We loved our stay in Verdeluna in Marina Di Pietrasanta. Firstly the service from Rebecca and team was impeccable. A warm welcome every morning at the delicious breakfast (including a different homemade cake every day) to support with local knowledge, bike hire, taxi ordering etc.
The rooms were spacious and cleaned to the highest standard everyday. The rooftop pool was incredible with views of the Apuan Alps and the coast.
The hotel is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and the main square where there are a number of restaurants.
Bus service from the main road to Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Forte Dei Marmi and Lucca although bike hire is great for the shorter trips."
"Nice little town. Perfect to bike around. Public beach 400 meters further. All other beaches private accessible for a fee. All dining and shopping options at the back of the hotel."
"Highly recommend. Great location if you have a car to visit in the area. Pool is incredible. Breakfast buffet fabulous. Great service. We did not use bikes and seems like a great option to go into Forte Dei Marmi. "

Avoid this place at all costs."
"We had a great time at the Hotel Central Park. The property was super clean and in a quiet location a few minutes from the beach. Everyone in the staff was extremely friendly and kind, the breakfast was great we’d be more than happy to visit again.

"Good location but it's hard to park (paid road parking) and the beach is private and not for hotel guests.
Breakfast is good but doesn't have a lot of variety.
The room had only air conditioning in one of the two rooms."
