"The views and the property were absolutely amazing! We loved the location, and all the perks of the property like the fire pit, and the ponds. The only things I could comment on is that the shower would be difficult if you are tall. My only recommendation would be to replace the queen bed in the main bedroom with a king, there is plenty of room and it would be a nice upgrade! Overall great place!"

"I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional."

"Exceptional! ! The house and property were even more stunning than photos on line . The first floor kitchen, dining and living spaces were perfect for our family of 15. We've never had a Vrbo with more fine touches - quality extra blankets , kitchen/ cabinets full of cooking basics and everything you could need . Communications with Jeffrey were fabulous - quick responses throughout the process both pre and during stay . Host was flexible and accommodating with some of our "asks". Kids loved the game room. The firepit / lawn overlooking the lake was the perfect gathering place for our multi generational family. Only wish it were warmer to take advantage of the dock, paddle boards etc ! Wonderful all around !!."

"We came to Cooperstown to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame Museum. Scott's charming cottage was just minutes away. It had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. Right next to our place was a scenic hiking trail, and had the weather been better we would have spent more time hiking. The rental was a great value, and although we had to leave a day early because of a pending Nor'easter back home in NJ, we had a great stay in Cooperstown at Scott's cottage."
