If I could 0 stars I would , around 7:30 pm I went to the fest and requested a wake up call @ 1:45 am , I was going from Teresopolis to the airport by taxi @ 2:30 am, no wake up call was made, I woke up just by fluke at 2:20 , rushed downstairs at the moment I got to the desk no one was there, to do my check out, the taxi waiting outside, the front electric door totally locked, and a sign at the desk “ please wait I’ll be back soon” I figured out no one was coming I remembered there was an exit by the garage, tye main door was closed but on it I figured out there was a little door, that happened to be open my luck, I run to the cab and left . This incident totally ruined my stay at this place , I definitely will not go back to intercity Teresopolis, total lack of respect and responsibility!!

Infelizmente não me foi oferecida a bebida a qual teria direito por ter feito a reserva pela Expedia… além disso, aos domingos o café da manhã é servido até às 11:00h. Cheguei para tomar o café às 10:30h e para minha surpresa a partir das 10:45h todos os alimentos disponíveis começaram a ser retirados e não pude me servir mais!!! Até o café foi retirado!!! Nunca havia passado por uma situação tão desagradável em minhas hospedagens… lamentável!!

O atendimento na recepção deixou um pouco a desejar. Chegamos meia hora antes do horário do check-in e não foi oferecido nem a ficha de identificação. Não me ofereceram a bebida de cortesia também. Achei o café da manhã bem fraquinho.

Café da manhã simples, mas de boa qualidade. Ótima cama, bom banheiro e bom ar condicionado. Como nota destoante e desagradável, quero registrar que não deram a garrafa de bebida alcoólica prometida durante a reserva. Quando solicitei, disseram que estaria disponível uma lata de água mineral sem gás ou uma lata de cerveja Budweiser. Lamentável a promessa enganosa.

O hotel é bonito, confortável e as instalações são agradáveis. No entanto, tivemos alguns problemas durante a estadia. Ao chegar ao quarto, percebemos que o dispenser de shampoo e condicionador do banheiro estava vazio. Além disso, ficamos frustrados porque o hotel informa que oferece estacionamento, mas somente na chegada descobrimos que o serviço é cobrado à parte. A maior decepção aconteceu no café da manhã, quando pegamos abacaxi e percebemos que a fruta estava com um bicho. Foi uma situação bastante desagradável e que demonstra a necessidade de maior cuidado com a qualidade e a higiene dos alimentos. Esperamos que esses pontos sejam revistos para proporcionar uma experiência melhor aos próximos hóspedes.

Hotel com uma localização muito boa, quarto amplo, cama excelente, chuveiro quentinho com uma boa ducha. O café da manhã já foi melhor, alguns itens faltando e demora na reposição. E dessa vez fui de carro e fiquei surpresa pois o estacionamento é pago, achei um absurdo !!

Hotel confortável e bem localizado. Café da manhã muitobom. Fizemos o pedido de mais dois travesseiros e a recepção disse que o hotel estava cheio e não tinha mais travesseiros!!!! Os travesseiros que tinham no quarto não eram bons.

Equipe simpática, quarto bom, cama gigante e confortável, café da manhã bem sortido (frutas, ovos, pães, café coado, bolos...). Pontos negativos: O wi-fi é muito fraco, toda hora caía o sinal (fiquei no 4ª andar). A academia se resume a um espaço minúsculo com um banco, uns pesinhos, uma esteira e uma bike...então, pra quem quer fazer um treino decente, não vale a pena. Pedimos uma pizza no ifood e ao pedirmos talheres na recepção, nos foi informado que eram cobrados a parte (ainda bem que a pizza veio cortada). No geral, foi uma boa experiência.
