Não gostei de praticamente nada, infelizmente a pousada está em má condições de uso como: limpeza precária, toalhas de banho rasgada e mal lavada, toalha de rosto manchada, TV ainda de tubo e nãofunciona, vaso sanitário entupido sem condições de uso, área da piscina ruim, iluminação precária, estacionamento com vazamento e ferros da laje aparecendo. Café da manhã satisfatório, Ainda bem que foi somente uma noite. Não recomendo.

Fizemos a reserva para uma noite e nem ficamos. As fotos não tem absolutamente nada a ver com a realidade... ou pelo menos com o quarto que deram para gente. Pra começar a reserva foi feita para um quarto com 3 camas, 2 de solteiro e uma de casal. Só tinha 1 de casal e uma solteiro. O quarto era tao diferente das fotos e tão inferior que achamos que não valia nem a pena tentar mudar de quarto pois todos seriam equivalentes. Nosso grande erro foi chegar a noite na pousada em vez de ter ido antes e feito o check in antes do nosso compromisso. realmente não recomendo!.

Equipe atenciosa, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Entretanto, as instalações estavam degradadas, o primeiro quarto que ficamos estava com mofo gerando alergia e irritação, depois de trocar de quarto melhorou. Cortinas, roupa de cama e banho velhas. Deck da piscina precisando de manutenção. Banho quente pelando e quando tenta controlar com a água gelada ela vai esfriando até gelar, com isso, tem que desligar tudo e esperar novamente esquentar e ficar repetindo esse ciclo. A viagem era em família, com 2 quartos, mas meu sogro e sogra tiveram que ir para outro hotel, pois os quartos tem muitas escadas e para tomar café tem que passar ainda por um caminho muito ingrime, pessoas idosas com com pequeno grau de dificuldade em locomoção terão problemas.

O café da manhã estava péssimo no primeiro dia. Uma hóspede teve que reclamar, pois não tinha nenhuma opção de quase nada para comer, não tinha queijo, nem suco, nada... Depois da reclamação, no dia seguinte estava muito bom. A televisão do meu quarto estava com defeito. Pedimos diversas vezes ajuda e simplesmente, ninguém apareceu para arrumar.

Muito boa, pontos a melhoras mas muito boa

Em geral boa, mas dois pontos precisam ser tratados, quem busca uma hospedagem como essa em tese busca comodidade e tranquilidade, então serviço de quarto é importante, não tem, wifi nao pega então não tem como se comumicar, e o basico de frigobar, no ato do check-in se não quiserem deixar o equipamento ligado é perguntar ao hospede o que vão precisar, isso não foi oferecido e quando eu pedi a maioria dos itens como agua com.gas e refrigerante não tinha. Mas se perguntarem se eu me hospedaria lá novamente, sim, com certeza ficaria.
