They are our guide posts how to improve our services in order to make you, as our guests, satisfied. We are really sorry that you faced with problem on our parking lot, and we apologies in the name of the colleague who works there. Problem occurred because off language barrier of our colleague, who understands English relatively poor. We have to make a point that hotel does not have our one private beach, nor we give information’s anywhere that it is otherwise. Beach in Petrovac is public and all off our guests can, independently, on their one, to make reservation of deck chairs and parasols.
