"I stayed at the Ramada Inn during the Canada, summer games. I rented an E bike to go to the venues to go encourage the athletes. The hotel let me park my bike in my room, which was very much appreciated. Staff was very hard-working and helpful, the room was very clean. I appreciated the small fridge as I could purchase some food at the nearby Sobeys or Walmart. Also, the restaurant downstairs was handy for takeout or room service."

"Loved everything about this property, design, cleanliness, location, view…but the most Amazing aspect is the staff! Every single staff member was kind, helpful, friendly, and made sure you had a great experience here. A few standout, namely Bailey who offered us a complimentary upgrade, suggested great restaurants when on-site options were not available, and booked a taxi, and always graciously. Lauren and David were also very helpful in rebooking an additional night’s stay and canceling taxi reservations when our flight out of St John’s was cancelled. Cleaning staff and dining staff also always very professional and courteous. Best hotel in every way! "
