Stayed here for the fifth time and standards are very high, clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Shops are plentiful covering food and loads of coffee shops and restaurants. Grand Boulevard metro is 2 mins away so easy access to all major attractions. Thankyou for a wonderful stay as usual.

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

Stay was lovely, calmed & friendly. However when we arrived on the Sunday, we were asked to pay a deposit/fee for the room which would be refunded/bounced back within 2-4 days. Not received after 5 days. Re-read all emails and nothing states anywhere that this would have happened or be the case. ...
