There are guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is provided on site. The accommodation features energy- and water-saving facilities. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic systems, and sustainable materials were used for insulation. As pets are not allowed, the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
