Gary’s communication was fantastic - he gave a heads-up on the sneaky railroad underpass to get to the house (which was totally fine for my sedan), and checked in at the beginning and ending of my stay. "This property was great. It was very well stocked with everything we could need, including a Keurig, K-cups and creamers. Appreciated an ample supply of paper products, so no need to go buy more. Loved all the nice touches- cute signs and pictures and really comfy furniture. The property was nice and very quiet for sleeping. If we go back up to the area and would recommend it to friends. "Cottage is clean, in a good location. Love sitting on the deck or in the yard just looking at the lake. Plants on the property are beautiful. A great place to stay and would stay here again!"

"not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! Then got police called on us as well!!!!! "

"We enjoyed our stay overall at this vrbo! The location is excellent, it is a 5 min walk to the lake. The neoghborhhod was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have our own parking spot on the property. The house is newly renovated, and had nice finished and a kitchen that had all the needed tools. There were a few tjings that could still be added as part of the renovation, but ill assume that is ongoing."

"Great location for cmac concert and for visiting breweries, wineries, beaches and shops along the nearby lakes. House was a nice size for our group of four and was neat, clean, and very comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate with and provided us an easy check in and check out."

"Beautifully decorated waterfront cottage, perfect for 2! We spent a relaxing 4-day weekend at Bermuda Sunrise, fabulous weather allowed us to make the most of the outdoor spaces (beach with firepit, decks overlooking and on the water). Quiet and fairly private. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, just wonderful! Close to many Cayuga wineries; we enjoyed old favorites Buttonwood, Knapp, and Sheldrake. About a 20-minute drive to Seneca gold coast. Eric was a great host! We hope to return soon!"

"Wish we had more time to walk around the neighborhood and see the beautiful homes and tour the lighthouse museum. Only suggestion would be more bed pillows. You have many decorative pillows but not enough bed pillows. Thanks"
