"The room was clean and the staff friendly. The only challenge was the busy elevator. We had to wait over 5 minutes each time to get an elevator going up or down."

"The location was perfect for NYC marathon and room made up very well for our second night. Elevator/room keys a bit of a pain to use 100% well. Many kept having problems accessing their floors. Dusting could be improved for the not so obvious surfaces of the room. Lastly…placing a desk and chair against a bed makes it practically impossible to use? And a mini fridge UNDER that desk? Tiny room layouts need work. "

"Hotel was super close to Times Square. Lobby was quite the vibe. Construction on 46th st was brutal for first night stay, but hotel staff were super accommodating and switched our room to one that was super quiet. Great location. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. "

"Stayed for 5 nights in the Bunk pod with my friend. Location was perfect. A lot of food options and train station nearby. Easy check in. Bar was excellent. I like the safety inside the hotel requiring a key for the second elevator. Recommend 10/10"
