This location was very convenient and quiet. The staff is very friendly. The furnishings are a bit out dated and the bed was not comfortable. We had a king size bed and there was a large sunken spot in the middle. Other than that, it was a good location. They need to replace the beds.

Parking was super easy. Linsel the manager was super accommodating and helpful and answered all my questions and even provided some extra waters and muffins. Such an easy location to get in and out of!

Place was a bit run down. Could use some TLC. Was told there was maid service every other day, but we stayed for 3 nights and never received any fresh towels or supplies. Had bees in our room that my husband had to kill. Convenient spot with some great restaurants near, but honestly I feel the price was a bit high overall for no maid service and run down facilities.

This property was a standard hotel stay. Room was accommodating and property was tidy. Beds were not so comfortable and the knob for the shower fell off—meant no shower, only bath. We would stay again in the future for convenience to NYC.

Room was clean. Missing lightbulb in one of the lamps. Curtain didn't conceal the window all the way. Had to pinch it shut with a hairclip and door handle. Lazy metal plates painted over to cover holes in the wall. Likely old electrical openings. Hole in ceiling that houses the emergency sprinkler system is exposed. Theres a cap to cover the sprinkler but the hole is still exposed on the side. Otherwise comfortable stay.

The ceiling in room 108 had black spots on it. Maybe nothing, but that was the only thing wrong with my stay. The staff was excellent (they should get a raise), and the continental breakfast was good.

Dominic was the person working at the desk. He was completely helpful. Our TV didn’t work. He tried a different remotes to get at work and then we had a little problem in our room. He put us to another room where we were happy. His customer service was excellent. I definitely would go again.
