"We had an exceptional stay here. It is the perfect accommodation, a 2 minute walk from the beach and close to restaurants. It is exceptionally clean, the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and kind. The room is large, the bathroom is large, the air conditioning is great, you get your own outside table and 2 chairs. We stayed for 4 nights and could’ve stayed for a lot longer. "Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "Great hotel for families and some of the staff were excellent. Other staff were lazy and disappointing. Management has ignored my attempts to provide direct feedback about some serious areas of concern. Seems to be getting renovated. We tolerated poor water pressure, leaking AC unit over the bed, and nails being trimmed by staff in the dining area. If you don’t have high expectations from the service it’s a good place for kids and family. It’s a shame the hotel has so much potential, just needs to employ a strong manager."
