Vacation

Picked this location as our central location to be able to visit dc, nyc, and downtown Philly. Getting ahold of host was easy and she responded quickly. Our visit was great would visit again.

Girls weekend

Overall it was good location for us. Easy to get into the city. A lot of places to eat in the neighborhood. We would stay there again. Loved it had a driveway to park in. Being a row house neighbors were very quiet . Also when we met outside they were very pleasant.

Weekend Visit

The place was very spacious. The beds needed help but Host is fixing the issue. Didn't think about need air conditioning when booking but would of been nice to have the listing didn't mention air just heat so that was my fault . Also only 1 TV was hard for the whole house. Also need your own streaming services to log into again the listing didnt say anything about streaming services.
