Recently renovated, beautiful, and cozy 3BR house located in a historic area. Close to amazing local restaurants (Union Jack's), Wissahickon trails, coffee shops, malls, and convenient access by train or car into city.

Weekend trip with friends

Great location, sparkling clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The perfect place to call home while we were in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Third time staying at this property

We have stayed here three times in four years. (Would have been four but it was unavailable during our dates last year). It is clean and quiet with a giant tv and plenty of room to hang out and play games and watch movies. 10/10

If you’re needing a place to stay in or around the Philly area look no further! It’s a comfortable little home nestled in a perfect, quiet little neighborhood! I couldn’t have asked for a better vrbo for my getaway weekend with friends!

Short trip with the kids

This was a perfect spot for a family friendly neighborhood outside the city. The kids enjoyed the nearby playgrounds and the house was perfect for the 6 of us, with just a 30-40 minute drive into downtown. The host is extremely responsive and we couldn’t have asked for more!

We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!

Great Place, Great Location, Great Price

What a great experience. The house was spacious with numerous sleeping areas, a well appointed kitchen, and modern common spaces. The price per night was less than nearby hotels, and the location is central to many attractions and public transportation. The only thing less than perfect was I had to reach out for check-in details, but this was a minor detail and Kiryl responded within 30 minutes with the details. I will definitely be staying again the next time we are back in town. If you are thinking about booking this place, just do it!

Wonderful little house!! So clean!

This home was perfect for our party of 6. It is a well appointed vacation home and close to everywhere The outside deck was perfect for early in the morning and when it cooled off in the evenings. Many card games later and time for reading, it is very comfortable home. I was able to contact the owner by text message with a question and was satisfied with the answer. You will love it. Thank you!

Excellent home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kiryl’s home. It provided us a convenient and comfortable stay while in town to visit family. The property was well appointed with a full kitchen, toiletries and cleaning products. We always managed to have a parking spot directly in front of the property. We enjoyed nice walks in the surrounding quiet and safe neighborhood. The location was convenient to local shopping and major routes into Philadelphia and other suburbs. We didn’t use Septa during our stay but there was a station within a short walk to the property. We will most definitely look to stay here for future visits.

Perfect Stay for a Family of 5

Loved the fact that all 5 of us had actual beds. The two youngest slept on the third floor. (It's best for the agile/younger crowd, as the ceiling is slanted! Not a problem though!) Master bedroom has a master bath. Everything was impeccably clean with very nice furnishings. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen had what we needed but would suggest a few coffee mugs. Maybe there were some, and we just didn't find them. Street parking only but both nights we had no trouble parking right in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!

Just what we needed

We were looking for a house that could accommodate the entire family and in a very limited geographic area. Having lived in Jenkintown our family was returning to attend a celebration of life ceremony. Kiryl’s house was exactly what we needed. The house was very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well appointed. And it had the number of beds and bathrooms to make our stay enjoyable. It’s located near restaurants, and food stores. This house definitely met our needs and Kiryl was a dream to work with, being quick to respond to any questions we had. Just one suggestion. A shade or curtain on the door to the back room would add some privacy if anyone is using the daybed. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you Kiryl!

Comfortable, upgraded home perfect for Philly visit!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property very much! Everything in the home is well-appointed and upgraded. During our stay, we toured Philly, visited Lancaster, saw Gettysburg and Valley Forge. We also took the nearby NJ light rail up to NYC for the day. This property provided an excellent home base for us. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and secure. We enjoyed seeing fireflies outside at night. The air conditioning works very well--it never let us down during the June heat wave. We appreciated the laundry facilities and soft linens on the comfy beds. My kids had plenty of space to spread out, and we loved relaxing on the couch and watching movies together as a family after a day of sightseeing. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Our host Kiryl was very responsive and provided helpful information. I have no complaints at all! We would love to stay here again in the future. Everything is as pictured and described. Thank you!

Comfortable cute lodging

Lovely little home that was ideal for a group of friends in town for a wedding. Very clean and well stocked, and the host was very communicative prior to check in. One thing to note is that the stairs to the attic room are a bit precarious and the room itself is a little sparse. But it worked for our purposes!
