The house is set up for self check-in. Instructions will be sent to you 3 hours before check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Fishtown has exploded into an arts district. There's always something new and exciting happening in this vibrant neighborhood, from the delicious food and drinks at local restaurants and bars to the awesome art galleries and live music venues. If you walk along the side streets packed with row homes, you may also notice decorative wooden fish displaying home numbers—a signature of apartments here. An urban farm next to a Dunkin’ Donuts, a waterfront park connected to a graffiti garden–Fishtown just does things a little differently, and people are noticing. Home of the bakery that made Beyonce’s birthday cake and recent recipients of America’s Best Sandwich and one of America’s best hotel rooms awards, the future for this hip neighborhood is bright. From shops and art galleries to bookstores and parks, some popular attractions in Fishtown include the Fillmore Philadelphia, a music venue that hosts concerts and events; Frankford Hall, a German-style beer garden with outdoor seating; and La Colombe Coffee Roasters, a popular coffee shop chain that originated in Philadelphia. There are lots of unique places to check out around the neighborhood!

Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that a refundable security deposit is required for VRBO bookings. This deposit will be returned to you provided that the property is in good condition at the end of your stay.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.

Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.

Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Great space and great location.

We were in town for Christmas to visit family. We used to live in the Philadelphia but did not know much about fishtown. It is amazing. Wonderful restaurants, night life and coffee shops. The rental had a secure parking spot and that was key. We love to cook and wanted to make breakfast Christmas morning. There were not enough pots and pans, but once we asked a new set was bought to the location. I highly recommend this unit and the managment company was great. We will be back again.

Weekend trip to visit family

This house was perfect for a weekend trip to visit my son. House was spacious, kitchen was nice and stocked with some items (which I appreciate) and the location is absolutely perfect. A quick walk to all of fishtown’s amazing restaurants and bars. Hosts communicated with us throughout and were very helpful. Would stay again!

Gorgeous modern townhome

4 of my immediate family was in Philly for a regatta. This location was perfect. The area was safe and had lots of families, even with little kids in strollers, people walking dogs, etc. Seems like a trendy little area with restaurants, bars and such. We loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute property. If you’re a light sleeper, don’t expect to sleep much with the subway train and traffic noise, however, it is surrounded by great food and bars! The property has been taken care of, although it needs better upkeep. The caulking and grout in the bathroom shower was full of mildew and black mold. Water pressure left a lot to be desired, mostly with the bathroom sink faucet. Parking is on the other side closest to the main road, which isn’t bad, at least your car isn’t on the road. As for communication with ownership/rental management, it could definitely be better and much improvement is needed. 2 weeks before arrival, I contacted them and didn’t receive a response. I responded to several emails with questions and no response. A week prior, I requested to see if they could provide early arrival and they took 3 days to get back to me. The day of arrival, mere hours before arrival, they granted one hour early arrival. I was appreciative, but communication could certainly be improved.

Fantastic place

The wife and I,along with our two teens stayed here for 5 nights. It was great. The neighborhood was quite, the location was good (bunch of things around). If you bring a car, pay for parking!! We did not feel unsafe at any point and the types of cars that were in the lot were way nicer than ours. We are from a small rural town in the Midwest, so the pot smell (that seems to be everywhere in Philly) was a little off-putting. We ended up buying candles and wall plugs to give off a pleasant smell. My son left a couple of articles of clothing, and the owners shipped it to use quickly packaged up nicely. The only other thing I would have liked to see, is a TV in each room. Overall though, a great place to stay and would stay there again.

Not a "Quiet Street"

The subway goes right next to this house mutiple times an hour all day and all night long. You can see the subway from the master bedrom and you hear it throughout the entire house. If you're a light sleeper, you will likely have a hard time sleeping in this property. This property is in the middle of a recently (last five to seven years) rennovation area. All of our UBER drivers expressed surprise that a family with kids would be staying in this area on vacay. Check out the Google Photos to see the area. Check out the seven to ten year old Google Photos to see the great rennovation work that has been done. Parking is available in a lot within walking distance for $25 per night. We did not feel unsafe walking from the parking lot to the property.

Perfect Fishtown Vacation

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home, quality furnishings and decor, comfortable beds, great location. So many fun restaurants and bars within easy and safe walking distance. Quick communication with very helpful owner. Highly recommend this property!
