Experience Philadelphia like a local in this unique and tranquil getaway with the whole family This newly renovated unique style place is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. It is the 1st unit in a 3 level apartment Sleeps 4 people comfortably. Home is sanitized following guidelines. All brand new smart TV’s. FREE WIFI. You will find all the necessary dishware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. Guests will have full access to the unit. You can come and go as you like. There’s an electronic lock, you
will get your personal access code the day of check in. I am available 24/7, so just give a call if you need anything. when it comes to question or concerns regarding the city of Philadelphia. Parking:
You can park on either side of the road relatively close to the property and there is always parking available
Rules Reminders:

NO PARTIES! YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY No gatherings you are responsible of damages and cleaning up(all decorations must be removed and trash must be picked up and put in trash bags)- Quiet Hours: 11 p.m. on weekdays and 12 a.m. on weekends.- No Smoking In the living room or upstairs. Outdoor smoking is allowed ! - No illegal drugs and/or activities of any kind-No Pets on the furniture- Confirm visitors or extra guests ahead of time. Respect our Property- Enjoy your stay! Please note the rules are to protect guests and our neighbors. Reach out asap if you did not read the rules before booking.

We did not stay!! The property reservation was cancelled on the spot out from under us, after we had waited in 91 degree sun for forty minutes to gain entry! This was an appalling experience!!The property manager was curt, rude and exceedingly uncooperative. I am elderly with medical conditions and we were stranded without accomodations without just cause. The claim that a cleaning person needed more time was not born out by any evidence. No one entered or exited the unit during the hour plus we were there.This was the first VRBO experience for one of my relatives and will no doubt be the last. This property is so poorly managed that VRBO would be wise to cease all business associations with them.
