Stunningly Designed Residential with 2 Fireplaces

  • This lavishly designed space is perfect for group trips, families and retreats. It features a chefs kitchen, a wood burning and electric fireplace, huge backyard, master suite and 3 beautifully designed bedrooms with 3 baths for comfort.


    Property is located in East Mt.Airy, with a 10 minute drive to Chestnut Hill where there are cute shops and eateries. Manyunk Main Street is also a 10 minute drive for dining and unique shopping experience. Center City is about a 20-30 minute drive.
    The space
    Property is about 3000 sq.ft with a large rear yard that can be used for parking towards the rear of the yard. The 2nd floor features a master suite with its own luxury bathroom and wood burning fireplace another very spacious bedroom with a hall bath. The 3rd floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
