The location was excellent for us, close to our family as we were dealing with family situations. It was disappointing because we initially had a problem with the lighting in the second bedroom and ceiling fan had to be replaced. The advertised washing machine failed on the first load. It was inconvenient to have our laundry picked up and delivered. Since you were dealing with family situations, disappointed in the outside area in the front it was dirty and unkept, as well as the back area did not feel comfortable sitting outside, which would’ve been nice with the outdoor furniture .
