The people here were very nice, polite and respectful, but there were a couple of deficits. The Valet Parking was impossible to use due to the traffic, while we were upgraded to a room with a fabulous view, the room was very dark (to be fair we could have asked for another lamp but we were busy. Also I'd recommend adding grab bars to the shower as the floor of the shower was very slippery.

The area is surrounded by homeless and begging people for money. It is loud at night. However the hotel is really nice with spectacular views of the city. It is clean and staff is super friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the W! I’d highly recommend it. The views from the corner room were outstanding! I love that lots of shopping places and restaurants were within walking distance.

Beautiful property. Details throughout the entire place is phenomenal. Spa is amazing. Will most definitely be coming back to stay. Only thing I will say is the bathroom had water damage on the ceiling in the shower... it was starting to droop, and mold was forming. Could also work on some of the front desk ladies being more cheery and personable being that they are the first people you see when walking into the hotel. Wish I picked up the name but I didn't care to know honestly. Others at the front desk were amazingly kind and helpful. Overall a great stay that made me not want to leave!

We stayed for one night recently. Check in was a breeze, however the front desk person I encountered was not the least bit friendly. I had to ask her everything and she seemed annoyed for simple questions (valet, check out, etc) Very off putting. The valet situation is a nightmare because they are short staffed. It took 2 hours to just get our car valeted and we had to wait in the car instead of enjoying our hotel room… not a fault of the valet but the hotel’s incompetence for such a high traffic area. The rooms were great. Mini bar prices were astronomical so I recommend grabbing your drinks at the lobby bar. The 7th floor bar gets crowded with no room to sit much less stand. The pool was small for what it was. Overall it was okay, but not for the hefty price they charge for a room.

I always love staying at W's and thought this would be a great chance to try the new one in Phlly. Overall, the staff was great. However, the lighting in the rooms was terrible. There were no overall lights, just a makeup mirror, as the sinks were outside the bathroom, and it was so artificial and gave us all headaches. Also we were located across the iceroom, which had a loud door that kept slamming all night. The nightstands were dusty and not clean. We felt we paid too much money for this type of experience. Again, very nice staff, including the restaurant, but we were not comfortable and wouldn't stay there again.

I was given keys to a room that was already occupied. Then Valet took over a hour to locate my vehicle. When my vehicle was located i had a Philadelphia Parking Authority ticket on it from Valet leaving the car doubled parked. My vehicle was also damaged by Valet in the parking lot

Amazing property! It is so aesthetically pleasing with amazing views of the city. Service was awesome and the heated outdoor pool was very relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the room had lots of amenities and modern design.

The pool is not open!
Everything was great except the 365 days a year, just like a hot tub, outside pool. We booked the hotel in part because of the pool. We were told multiple times it was open. It was noit open "because of the weather". Everything else was great.
