I could not go because I was in the ER with a torn achilles tendon. The hotel refused a refund, despite having proof that I was in the hospital and could not walk. While it was their right to refuse refund, it is not hospitable, and is not what I expected from Marriott.

Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City
The cleaning of the room was terrible. The sofa bed was very dirty. Not enough blankets, no towels for 5 people. Parking not convenient for large cars 6'4" Front desk staff not very friendly. The only star is because of the good location for attractions and places to eat.
