"They posted signs in the elevator stating water would be off the next day for 4 hours. Had I not went down to grab a drink I would never have known. Horrible to think you spent money to stay at a nice hotel and you are expected to not have running water. No compensation or anything."

"The room was clean, however, the foldaway bed was not made up and no additional bedding was present in the room. I had to go to front desk after midnight to request the additional bedding; it seems to me that for the price, this should have already been taken care of by hotel staff."
