Great, accommodating staff. Super convenient, very close to the central atation and a short walk to Marienplatz. The neighborhood isnt thr prettiest but ut felt completely safe. Great value. Highly recommend.

This was the first stay on a two-week trip to Bavaria. The property is clean, modern, and very conveniently located to the Altstadt. It's 450m to the nearest U-Bahn stop, just over 1km to Marienplatz, and a 5-minute walk to the Englischer Garten.
Would stay there again. Only downsides: no A/C (same as many European properties), and no washcloths in the bathroom.
Super-friendly staff who didn't snicker at my bad college German and went out of their way to help and make suggestions about places to see.

"Don't be fooled by the photos on hotels .com the room we had 302 was over due a refurbished the bathroom towel rail broken the shower had no screen the bath was too narrow the tiles need replacing the room looked like it needed painting and furniture replaced shame as the rest off the place ie restaurant ..."
