This is where I stay every time I come to Munich for Oktoberfest. It is located right beside a mall with several restaurants and also right beside the subway station.

The breakfast menu was variable and premium quality. The room was very big clean , the area very quiet not far from the Tain station .
They just need to be putting a bottle of water in the room as a welcome .
Overall it was excellent.
We will definitely go back to the hotel on our next visit to Munich .

Location was good for getting to the hauptbahnhof. We did find a bug in the bathroom, I will spare you the variety 😬 but to be expected in an old building, maybe pest control was due soon. Like most big cities, around the train station is a little less desirable and shady characters but didn’t feel unsafe just a bit wary. The breakfast was great. Bed was very hard in a couple of the rooms we stayed as we had 3 rooms booked for family. Price was good.

Don't be fooled by the photos on hotels .com the room we had 302 was over due a refurbished the bathroom towel rail broken the shower had no screen the bath was too narrow the tiles need replacing the room looked like it needed painting and furniture replaced shame as the rest off the place ie restaurant ...
