"The place was pretty and clean and comfortable and had a pleasant little yard. It was a short drive to great restaurants and to the beach.The ONLY downside (but not enough to take it down a star) was that it was a little challenging to exit the driveway as the road could be busy at times. "Pool clean. Hot tub dirty. Inside cottage clean no bugs. Garbage cans full. No place to put trash. Had to keep it in the house so no creatures would get at it. Guest manager doesn’t return calls. All bedrooms had TVs. None worked. I read reviews they weren’t working in January. And still not working in March. No dishwasher as stated on line. The pictures on line of the cottage did not look like what we rented. The same goes for the smaller cottage out back. To say the least we were a little disappointed. Bottom line, the owner has to clean the place up. There needs to be a binder on how to work things. (Heat for hot tub. TVs. Etc.). We found out you can get a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the beach. 1.00. Each way. Again a binder would have been nice for the are and beach. "
