I had a 2 night reservation, and I was given a corner room that it was poorly cleaned and very noisy I brought it up to the front desk personnel they offered to cancel my second night and refund me the fee so I ended up staying only one night. only to find out I was charged for the second night anyway. ...

Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas by IHG
The casitas are spacious but the walls are a bit thin and I had loud neighbors. The doors are older as well and sometimes difficult to close or open. Overall the property is beautiful and the staff is fabulous!

The staff at the bar were great, however the hotel itself needs a lot of work! I was expecting an updated nice hotel for the amount I paid! I would not stay here again, there are other hotels that are nicer and updated.
