Your home away from home in Scottsdale with 3 bedrooms. All brand new, built in 2022, large Primary bedroom and bathroom with plenty of closet space, second bedroom is attached to the 2nd bath. Casita is located on a beautiful estate on just under an acre, behind a private gate, drive into your 2-car garage with direct entry into the home. Large living area with open kitchen. All new Bosch appliances. Feel welcomed with amenities like AC, heating, Wi-Fi, and inside washer and dryer, and gas BBQ. Pool available upon request.
