  • Home completely updated with all new furniture and upgrades, perfect set up for fun time in Old Town. House has 4 bedrooms, plus a game room with sleeper so actually could be used as a 5th bedroom. Home has Large Screen TVs in all rooms, Game room with shuffleboard, golf video games, 4 large TVs for Sports bar like environment for watching games and sporting events! Home has tons of fun stuff including pool table, corn hole, shuffle board, Jacuzzi, etc. You can also check out a few of our other listings... Listing numbers are 1541802, 2239735 and 1292714.

    Relax inside with this beautifully remodeled four bedroom three full bathroom house with private pool! There are 10 large screen TV in this house including 65" entertainment system in Family Room. The family room, kitchen and dining room are large and open for a great entertaining space. Home also has custom Game room with (4) 55" large screen TVs, tons of fun!! The backyard also features a large swimming pool, outdoor dining table, fire pit, BBQ, Jacuzzi, corn hole game, and of course large screen TV!

    Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families, and big groups. The bedroom layout is as follows:

    Master Bedroom: 2 Queen beds with Ensuite Bathroom; large walk-in closet and 50" TV

    2nd Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and 43" TV

    3rd Bedroom: 1 King Bed few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

    4th Bedroom: 2 Full Beds few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

    Game Room: Pull out queen bed in Game room and (4) 55" TVs, blue tooth Sound Bar

    Extra Sleeping: Pull out queen bed in Family Room and 65" TV, Blue tooth Sound Bar

    Pool Heat – Pricing is $60 per night to cover utilities *Need 48 hour advanced notice. Set to around 83 degrees*

    • Early Check-In and Late Check Out (if available) - $200 each

    • Pack & Play and Highchairs - $25 each

Fantastic Stay in Scottsdale. We had an amazing time at this property. The house slept 7 adults comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The backyard was a highlight — perfect for hanging out by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and playing cornhole. The home was spotless on arrival, and there were plenty of TVs throughout for everyone to enjoy.Our host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsdale!

Excellent Spring Training Spot

We had a group in for the opening weekend of Spring Training and this house absolutely hit the spot for what we needed. Loved the sort of open air concept of the main area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole group. Clean and tidy when we arrived with straightforward instructions on how to leave the property when we checked out. Would absolutely stay here again especially with everything in Scottsdale being a 10-15 minute uber ride away.

Pictures reflect reality! Great spot.

So often you see listings of rentals and the reality is, it's small and cramped. Not this place. Very spacious! Our group of 6 was extremely comfortable, and we loved the large living room, kitchen, backyard, and dining area. The pictures are actually what you get. The mattresses and linens are also very comfortable. The garage hang out area is awesome, too. You will enjoy staying here.

The pool table, shuffleboard, and golden tee arcade game were all big hits. The house is a very short drive to old town for restaurant and bar activities. Perfect place for group of four. Each person had their own room and the amenities that were offered were great and we used them all. Close to the action of old with. See you next year town. Take a golf card cab for even more fun. Grocery store only couple blocks away. David was great to deal

Girls Trip in Scottsdale

This house was perfect for our trip to Scottsdale. We had 9 girls and we fit perfectly with room to spare. The host was great with communication especially when I needed to arrange checking early. He checked in on us and the house throughout the trip which was very considerate. The house was clean, AC was working, plenty of towels and a good distance from Old Town. We came during one of the hottest weekends so the only downside was the spare game room bedroom was not sleepable as it is in the garage and was much hotter than the rest of the house. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed a week in this lovely Scottsdale home. The house matches the pictures. Dave was great to work with and sent instructions on how to enter the property several days before we got there, which was really nice not wondering if I was going to get the address and codes. The house had very easy access. Dave was also very responsive whenever I had a question and he followed up afterwards too. The backyard is a little oasis with the pool and hot tub and enough room to play bags. We spent quite a bit of time around and in the pool. The beds were all very comfortable and so nice to have 3 full bathrooms, so everyone could have their own bathroom. The house is so close to Old Town, Top Golf, shopping, and lots of good restaurants! It was so easy to find fun things to do!

Great Vacation!!

7 of us stayed here over Christmas and loved every minute! Plenty of room and we could have easily had 2 more guests. The house is set up well for socializing. Well equipped kitchen with a hidden pool table under the dining table. The game room would be great during March Madness if you wanted to watch all basketball games. The backyard had a nice covered area w large table where we played games and a hot tub we loved after some strenuous hiking! Camel Back Mtn is a quick Uber ride - 10 minutes. Old Town was a 5 minute Uber. We walked to the grocery store. We didn’t do much shopping but Fashion Square is 10 minutes away. ATV tour w Stellar Adventures is a must do and they pickEd is up at the house. We rented a car for one day to drive to Sedona for amazing hiking and landscape. All in all, the house is in a fantastic location and was perfect for our group.
