Resort-like amenities and perfectly located Scottsdale condo

  • We have owned this condo for over 15 years - our family loves to come here to relax and enjoy all that Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer!

    We have had many repeat guests over the years who love this condo as much as we do!

    This condo features three bedrooms and two baths, a full kitchen, family room, laundry room and garage. The family room has a hide-a-way bed - the condo can comfortably sleep 6. The clubhouse features a lovely heated pool and hot tub outdoors, with a workout facility and a pool table indoors.

    Conveniently located at the intersection of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. and Shea Blvd - with easy access to the 101, Fountain Hills, and North Scottsdale.
