Amazing property, great location, awesome property manager

We were in town for a family wedding and had 4 kids and 7 adults staying here. The house was way better then we expected and the location was perfect. I have stayed in PHX 5 times now and this was the most centrally located to everything we wanted. The host was great! We had an issue with the pool heater and she was over within 30 minutes to fix the issue. This house also came fully stocked with multiple pantries and closest full of stuff ou may need. We will be back!

Amazing location, great host!

Out of this World!!!

Carmen was a great host. This house is everything you can dream of and more. Perfect location to everything and just an overall great home and stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!

Family vacay

We absolutely loved this place. It gives plenty of room to hang out and play games or even chill out alone. The photos are extremely accurate and we plan on visiting this location again. Carmen was really easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall 11/10 😊

Spacious Home

Carmen's home was beautiful and spacious! You can tell she thought through everything when designing and creating this magnificent place. The pictures do not do it justice, the house comes with everything you can think of. We will definitely be back!

Spacious, Well-Equipped & Comfortable

We chose this place for two reasons - the bed and bathroom set up and the pool. The bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms. Each couple had their own bathroom and we had a bedroom to spare. The pool was a nice size but unfortunately did not heat up enough for most of the group to enjoy. Understandably, it’s winter so it isn’t going to feel as warm as one would like, but it seemed like the pool heater wasn’t working properly. In any event, we still had a very good time and appreciated the open concept and beautiful kitchen. We would recommend the property and the neighborhood, which was close to a lot of great places, including not far from the airport!

Incredible property for our family vacation!

We were in AZ for a family wedding along with our 3 adult children plus 3 grandsons. This house was absolutely perfect. We were amazed how well stocked it was with everything we needed. The heated pool was a true highlight. We loved it. The property owners were excellent! We highly recommend it!

Exactly what we needed!

The house in Arcadia was perfect for our group. We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this property for two nights. Nice pool and backyard area, clean kitchen, plenty of TV’s, and Amazon Alexa’s to play music. Carmen was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful house!

We hosted a baby shower and this house was perfect! It was extremely clean and spacious. Carmen was easily available and very accommodating. Will definitely be renting this place in the future.

Great Stay!

This place was amazing and brand new! It was better than advertised. It was very clean and well kept. Amenities were perfect for a family of 10 on Spring Break! Carmen was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with our stay. She is very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our local wedding weekend with some friends and it was the perfect house with so much space! Rooms were huge, beds were comfy, and Carmen was a treat to work with! Fine Family Fun

Our family enjoyed this property! Bathrooms were wonderful! We had everything we needed. The grandkids spent so much time in the pool (lots of pool towels!) and there was very adequate outdoor seating for us to enjoy watching them!! The wide open floor plan and large kitchen table was perfect for us!! Loved the 2 island concept as well! We’d stay again!!

Absolutely gorgeous and best location!

We had a fantastic stay in this home!!! Pictures represented It perfectly! It was Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly accommodated my group for a girls trip!!! Stunning kitchen, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. We loved using the pool! The location could not have been better. Wedding weekend

My relatives stayed at this home while in Phoenix for our daughter’s wedding. This home was AMAZING! Spacious, clean and modern. The en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy for everyone. The kitchen, living room and dining area was enormous, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Several enjoyed using the heated pool in the back yard. My relatives were DELIGHTED with this home. It was a wonderful experience for them with many happy memories.

Where do I start? This rental is truly incredible & what made it even more extraordinary was gracious, kind & accommodating Carmen is! The home is a show stopper inside and out- everything you could every need AND more! Our visiting family was comfortable and felt like they were at a hotel. 10/10 house! Perfect for larger groups

My friends and I were in Arizona for a wedding and were looking for a house that could fit the 10 of us. This house was perfect! The kitchen is massive and so much fun to have group dinners in and the rest of the property was super spacious as well. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of amenities (coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner, pool towels, etc.) The house was spotless. The backyard was also amazing - heated pool, lots of seating, fun pool toys and a grill. Carmen was also so sweet and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend this house more.

Absolutely AMAZING!

My 4 sisters and I hosted our mother's 80th Birthday celebration at this beautiful property. We had a total of 38 people and it was just perfect. Carmen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The umbrella in the pool had a broken handle and Carmen had a brand new one delivered to the front door as soon as I let her know about it. The house was way more than we expected as far as the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable. She provided banquet tables and chairs for extra seating and had everything you could possibly need. One of the many special touches was the music that was playing when we walked in to the house. The decor is fabulous and the house is exactly like the pictures but even better in person. I can't wait to stay there again for our next event! Thanks again Carmen for welcoming us into your home. Issues with the pool and door lock

The overall experience was okay. The property manager reached out when I booked asking what I wanted the door code to be and I responded. I shared the code with our guests due to some guests arriving earlier than me to decorate the house for the party. When the first guests arrived the door code was not working. They tried multiple times but it wasn’t working. I called the property manager and she tried fixing the issue via app to the door lock. The code still did not work so she was forced to share her personal code with me to make it work. This caused a delay in decorating and the surprise was ruined. The main reason we chose this house was due to the heated pool. We had our conjoined bachelor and bachelorette party here and the main goal was to have a pool party. When we approached the pool it was not very clean and almost looked as if the pump wasn’t ran in awhile. The water was also cold. We reached out to the property manager and she stated I had to request the pool be heated 24 hours prior to our arrival. No where on the listing was that expressed. This led to our party ultimately being ruined due to guests not wanting to go swimming because of the cold temperature.

Wow

Our group of professionals in-town for a strategy retreat and training really enjoyed the home and amenities, it was perfect for us to relax and hang out and rest. The entire property is impressive and the kitchen was next level.
