Other Things to Note: Pool heating is available for an optional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready at check-in.
All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
While this home is perfect for entertaining, only registered guests are permitted after quiet hours for liability reasons. A zero-tolerance policy is in place for parties and events. The City of Phoenix enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property. The home may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record sounds or conversations.
