The beautifully landscaped backyard with local plants, flowers & fruit trees are a secluded paradise with a private pool & spa. A sprawling patio offers multiple alfresco dining and lounge areas, while an inviting courtyard promises an evening of relaxation watching hummingbirds fly about.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac – minutes away from Desert Horizon Park with a playground, basketball, and volleyball courts.

This two-level home sleeps 8 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms all with cozy Casper 12" hybrid mattresses.

The master suite boasts high ceilings, outfitted with a king bed, accent chaise, 65" smart TV with YouTube TV, and walk-in closet. The spa-like en-suite boasts a walk-in shower with dual rain heads, soaking tub, and double vanity.

The second and third bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds, the adjacent second bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom on the main level features a comfortable queen bed, includes a 60" writing desk with a 27" LG monitor, and is adjacent to a third bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and direct access to the courtyard.

Your total includes all necessary utility fees during the summer months while heating the pool & spa is available during the winter months at $125 per day.

75 birthday gathering

2nd time we rented the property, both times we have had issues with the pool/hot tub conditions and the management response. this time we had requested the pool heated during the daytime and the hot tub in the afternoon. The hot tub never operated for the 4 days we had paid additional charges for. The management team had pool tech out 3 times but the problem was never resolved and we requested a refund for the extra charges, The manager blamed the previous tenant on tampering with the hot tub. The manager Mike never even responded to our request. We chose the house due to the close proximity to extended family, will never go back, This review should be published to inform anyone considering this property.
