This apartment is part of a historical home located directly in the heart of downtown Tempe! The entire space in located on the second story & accessed via a set of stairs.

The space shares a roof with another unit in the building but is completely private & separate with its own entrance.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. For cooking, the kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave & electric cook top.

King bed provides ample sleeping space & is seated directly in front of the TV. Private off street parking space also provided.

Washer & dryer are shared with the other units in a common wash room on premises.

You'll have access to the entire unit.
