This historic carriage house is detached from a 1920 bungalow in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Separate entry and exit. Walk and ride one block to light rail to airport, restaurants, Roosevelt row, museums, convention center and cafes. Park across the street. Rooftop and poolside deck for gatherings. Fully remodeled with Kitchenette and bathroom. Several grills and tv area on outside deck attached to carriage house. Large fenced backyard with pool to enjoy. Cable TV and a deck on top of the house for sunset and morning coffee.
