  • In the heart of Tempe close to everything. Fully remodeled from top to bottom. New white shaker kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood plank floors, and remodeled bathrooms. This cozy townhouse has all the amenities of home including a dedicated workspace and FAST WIFI.

    Master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dual sink vanity and large balcony.

    Guest bedroom has a king-size bed and its own in-room vanity.

    Queen-size sleeper sofa in front of the large flat screen TV in the Great Room.

    Patio off the back door has a BBQ and opens to the large grass area and 1 of 2 pools.

    Super fast COX WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player and washer/dryer located in the carport.

    Both bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located upstairs on the second level. Half bathroom is located on the ground level.

    **HOA closes the pools October through April.
