    Community excercise room with everything you will need to stay in shape.
    Unit is located in the back of the complex, it is very quiet, bottom floor unit, very close to the pool and includes one dedicated covered parking space. But there are many undedicated spaces available right in front of the unit.
    You will love to sit on the shaded, covered patio and enjoy Az weather.

Everything for a great stay.

Great condo in a nice quiet complex walking distance to Kierland shopping centre with nice stores and great restaurants. Condo was well equipped and newly updated. Pool area and BBQs were close but not too close. No pool noise. We were there in November and the snow birds were arriving from the north. Not crowded. Great for a couple.
