Nestled on over an Acre lot this Casita has Access to Pool, Private backyard, Grill and outdoor games. Pets are welcomed. Please note the the hot tub doesn’t work and we do not provide propane for the bbq grill or the fire pit table, we do provide the tank so you can exchange the tank to use.

The good: price, privacy, roomy, pool, full size appliances, well stocked kitchen, clean.The bad: pictures are not accurate, location, flies are horrid, gas/propane are not provided, hot tub is NOT heated, pool has a sun cover and its sooooo cold!

We had to be in Phoenix for our honeymoon and tried to make the best of it by renting this place thinking we would have our privacy, a pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. Not only had either of them been cleaned for some time but the Jacuzzi didn't work at all.

I communicated very little with the property manager but that is not a negative. She gave clear instructions for the house. This was an anniversary stay. Location was more run down than in the pictures and the bathroom was smaller than expected with only one outlet on opposite side of the small vanity. Location was not in the best part of town but we felt safe. A neighboring peacock could be heard during the night. Did not use the pool or the fire pit. This could be a great place for a small family as it is fenced and have some kid outside toys. Had issues with the water and ice dispenser from the fridge. Did not use other appliances. Saw pool towels were available. Fairly easy to get to. Think there is room for improvement but overall a decent stay.

Pleasantly surprised by this rental. Great location, in our eyes, roomy, everything there to bbq and cook. We're definitely gonna keep this place in mind for future visits to Phoenix area. Host was great too, very communicative as well
