I was apprehensive to book here because it was a bit more expensive than most La Quinta hotels. But, this was the cleanest and nicest La Quinta I’ve ever stayed and I would spend the money to stay here again.

The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were too big and firm so you would need to bring your own pillows. Unfortunately, inside the hotel smelled like sewage. I couldnt sleep because of the smell so I checked out the next day.

The first night, Our room wreaked of doggy odor and urine. The staff switched our room. But, the new room’s bathroom wreaked of poop. The smell was engrained in the flooring. I love waffles. But, The breakfast choices were limited. Also, to many homeless people at adjacent gas station. Sunday morning, a homeless man entered the hotel, made himself breakfast and proceeded to sit at a table and eat. Police were notified and the man was taken into custody. But, I must say the hotel is beautiful, I loved how the room was furnished. And, the staff was excellent and very accommodating. Especially, the lady that supervises housekeeping. I wish I could remember her name.

New hotel, it was a great experience! Check in was super quick, had a very sweet front desk worker (thank you Joseph). Room was exactly how the pictures looked, super clean and cozy. It was super hot in Glendale and the AC worked incredibly well and definitely made up for the pool that was under construction which makes complete sense because it is literally a new hotel so please don’t let other reviews be off putting. Breakfast was awesome, I went about 30 minutes before they stopped serving and they were still stocking up for guests which was very considerate. The staff were very sweet, just shy but I prefer that over rude and pushy employees. This hotel is honestly in such a great spot since I was attending a concert at the Diamond Desert Arena, about 10 minutes away. There’s also a little plaza across the freeway. I don't quite understand the negative reviews since they just opened but if I really had to complain about anything I guess it would be not supplying any bar soap, that’s it. I had an amazing stay and I’m really glad this hotel popped up when it did. Thank you staff.
