Enjoy this beautiful, fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo in North Central Phoenix overlooking Lake Biltmore. Enjoy morning coffee, or an evening cocktail on your private wrap-around balcony while viewing the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are activities right on the premises, such as catch and release fishing, (catch & release/fishing pole provided), strolling around the lake while taking in the scenery including a babbling brook and waterfall, or taking a dip in the heated community pool and hot tub.

The condo was clean with a large screened in balcony. The view was of the lake and multiple water fowl to watch.There is a great walking trail around the lake also.Pool was clean and enjoyable, also 2 pickle ball courts. Our overall stay at this location was awesome. The owners communicated all instructions and provided very useful information about the surrounding are for food, shopping, and seeing some sights. Although our trip was very short (2 days) we enjoyed the unit. It was as described, very clean, and everything you could want or need during your stay was provided.The hosts were great and we will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

From communication to the actual property everything was smooth easy and just as described. We were in visiting our daughter who attends GCU. Great location less than 10 minutes away easy access to the expressway. Super clean well stocked cozy condo.great views off the balcony. We will definitely stay again when visiting our daughter.

This place is so comfortable and relaxing. There are so many thoughtful supplies available if we forgot something. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. We had long days helping family move and staying here was a welcome respite each night.
